Sustainability
Our commitment to sustainable live events and conscious production practices.

Sustainable Practices Across the Business
We apply sustainability at every stage of the event lifecycle, embedding conscious decision-making into both our creative and technical processes. From the use of energy-efficient lighting and AV systems, to implementing effective waste management and recycling practices during build and de-rig, we focus on reducing impact without compromising on quality. Our logistics planning prioritises low-emission transport, while our set designs are increasingly modular and reusable, allowing for smarter, more circular material use. We also work closely with ethical suppliers and prioritise local sourcing wherever possible. This joined-up approach enables us to deliver bold, high-impact experiences while actively lowering carbon emissions and minimising material waste.

Independent Sustainability Audit
We’ve partnered with NetZero, a leading sustainability consultancy, to carry out a comprehensive, business-wide audit of our operations. This collaboration is helping us measure and understand our environmental impact in real terms, identifying opportunities for improvement across every area of production.
The audit includes detailed tracking of our event power consumption, waste and recycling outputs, and the environmental impact of our equipment logistics and vehicle movements. It also takes into account crew and staff travel patterns, and evaluates the sustainability credentials of our wider supply chain.
This end-to-end review will form the basis of a long-term sustainability report and action plan, giving us clear, data-led targets to work towards. It will guide how we refine internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and align with evolving industry sustainability standards, ESG frameworks, and client expectations.
Ultimately, it’s about holding ourselves accountable — and ensuring that the way we work has a positive impact on the world around us.

Climate Action Fund Levy
As part of our commitment to taking tangible, long-term climate action, we’ve introduced a Climate Action Fund Levy on all client projects. This initiative ensures that every event we deliver directly contributes to environmental restoration and climate resilience efforts here in the UK.
A £40 contribution is added to each quote, which we match pound for pound, creating an £80 total donation per project. These funds are channelled directly into the UK Climate & Nature Fund, a national initiative focused on restoring biodiversity, rewilding landscapes, and investing in scalable, nature-based climate solutions.
This isn’t a bolt-on. It’s a practical way for us—and our clients—to play an active role in the transition toward a more sustainable future. By working with Vibration Production, you’re not only investing in world-class event delivery, but also supporting meaningful climate action that leaves a lasting, regenerative impact.
